Environment Concepts

As concept team lead at Sledgehammer Games on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, I lead the conceptual visual development at our studio and partnering with Infinity Ward in co-developing MW3. I managed both our in-house artists at Sledgehammer and coordinated efforts with external teams as we built the environments that would become the game’s memorable battlegrounds.

The tricky part was keeping everyone coordinated across two different studios while hitting the visual bar that Call of Duty is known for. We worked on everything from urban combat zones to locations around the world, making sure designs could work for both the campaign story and the multiplayer modes.

These are some of the environments I helped concept while leading the team we had on the project. I also worked on UI design, textures, and other visual elements that shaped the overall look and feel of the game.
