I started out my career in finance before moving into art. I initially wanted to be a stock broker after graduating from high school, but after 4 years in business school I realized that that wasn't a life I wanted to live. So I studied illustration/animation at San Jose State University for another 4.5 years before graduating with a BFA in art. I'm currently a concept artist at Electronic Arts working on Dead Space, a sci-fi horror video game due out this Halloween.
I grew up on a steady diet of video games and comic books. I feel very fortunate to be able to work in an industry I feel passionate about doing what I love.
Aside from creating concept paintings, I am also a part time concept art teacher at Electronic Art's university art program.
I love all things art albiet it graphic design, topography, illustration, animation, fine arts, etc.
